2026 Shop Supervisor 

Shop Supervisors lead PSCo’s Team by coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations. The Shop Supervisor works closely with and reports to the PSCo Management  to make sure the operations are well coordinated, effective and efficient. They lead fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture.  

Skills and/or training that a Shop Supervisor should exhibit include but are not limited to:

  • Experience/training in leadership, outdoor/adventure tourism, business, education or other related fields. 
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead and manage a team of 5-30 people. 
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions that encourage company growth.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.      
  • Display strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and knowledge working with basic programmes.
  • Comprehensive surfing experience
  • Intermediate Surf Skills: The surfer can surf unsupervised in suitable conditions and is consistently ‘out the back’ beyond breaking waves. Traversing waves, they are kicking out or turning to the beach at the end of the ride. This surfer understands and applies basic surf and beach etiquette at all times. KEY SKILLS: The surfer can, without assistance, catch and traverse (trim) across small (under head height) unbroken (green) waves in BOTH directions (forehand and backhand), completing the wave in control.
  • Teaching, Coaching and/or Instruction Experience 

Perks & Compensations :

2026 SurfGrove Supervisor 

Surfgrove (SG) Supervisors lead PSCo’s Surfgrove Team by coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations. The SG Supervisor works closely with and reports to the PSCo Management  to make sure the operations are well coordinated, effective and efficient. They lead fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture.  

Skills and/or training that a SG Supervisor should exhibit include but are not limited to:

2026 Surf Coaches

Surf Instructors are responsible for providing exceptional ocean experiences,  and customer service and assisting with daily operational duties in Pacific Surf Company’s Water department. Instructors work with fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture.

Skills and/or training that a Surf Caoches should exhibit include but are not limited to:

  • Professional, punctual and well organized 
  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills  
  • Teaching, Coaching and/or Instruction Skills 
  • Comprehensive surfing experience 
  • Intermediate Surf Skills: The surfer can surf unsupervised in suitable conditions and are consistently ‘out the back’ beyond breaking waves. Traversing waves, they are kicking out or turning to the beach at the end of the ride. This surfer understands and applies basic surf and beach etiquette at all times.   • First Aid CPR-C Certification (*compulsory) 
  • Lifesaving Certification (*compulsory)
  • ISA Level 1 Surf Coaching Certification (*not compulsory)

2026 Customer Service Representatives

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and performing daily operational duties in Pacific Surf Company's Shop. Customer Service Representatives work with fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture. 

Skills and/or training that a Senior Customer Service Representative should exhibit include but are not limited to:

  • Professional, punctual and well-presented
  • Proactive Customer Service Skills 
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and knowledge working with basic programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion and/or interest in one of the following: Surfing and/or the Ocean.

2026 Photographers

PSCo. Photographers are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, lesson photos and performing daily operational duties in Pacific Surf Company's Water & Shop departments. Photographers work with fellow PSCo team members to achieve Pacific Surf Company’s Mission Statement, guided by our company pillars & culture.  

Skills, training and equipment that a Photographer should exhibit and have include but are not limited to:

  • Professional, punctual and well organized
  • Proactive Customer Service Skills 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic Photography Skills
  • SLR Camera  
  • 70-300mm telephoto lens (*suggested) 
  • Laptop with editing software. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion and/or interest in one of the following: Surfing, SUPing and/or the Ocean.
