Cancellation Policy

We are so stoked that you have decided to surf with us! We also understand that life happens and things change. We are happy to change your lesson time or provide you with a full refund anytime up until 48 hours before your lesson time. Anything cancelled or changed within this time frame, unfortunately, will not be refunded. We often have to turn people away or not give them their ideal time slot, so if we’ve held a spot for you - we can’t wait to see you! Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you a full refund up to 10 days after purchase. Items must be unused, and we do not cover shipping costs back to our shop. Shipping Policy

We ship with Canada Post, guaranteeing you a tracking number and safe delivery of your package. All orders over $100 receive free shipping, and we always ship available in stock items out within 4 business days. For international orders, we cannot guarantee any timelines, as items that have to clear customs are out of our control. For any questions please contact us at info@pacificsurfschool.com.

IN STORE PICK-UP: Orders using in-store pick-up must be collected within 14 days of order. If you anticipate a pick up later than 14 days after your order date be sure to email info@pacificsurfschool.com.

Product Standards

RENTALS

Rental Return Policy

We are more than happy to extend time on your rental, or if you are done with your gear - bring it back early! We collect payments at the end of your rental, so that you pay for the appropriate rental time that you ended up taking. We do, however, have late charges that apply if your gear is back LATER than the agreed upon time on your rental agreement. Late charges are $10 per person for every 15 minutes that your gear is late.

Broken or Lost Equipment

Renters are responsible for the cost of broken or stolen board, board accessories, and all wetsuit gear. Broken board fins are $50 to replace, boots are $60, gloves are $45, and it is $30 for any tears, burns, or broken zippers on wetsuits. Lost or stolen board and wetsuit prices are product dependent.
